The Yonghegong Lama Temple was one of our favorite places to visit in Beijing, in part because it was peaceful and clean and in part because it was close to our favorite restaurant, The Fairy Su. The Yonghe Temple was easily accessible from anywhere in Beijing via the subway and about a 5 minute walk.
