The Mummy Museum (Museo de las Momias) is a major tourist attraction in Guanajuato, Mexico. The bodies became mummified due to the soil in which they were buried. Lydian at age 13, hated the Mummy Museum. She thought it was creepy and disturbing. We visited during Dia de los Muertos in 2013.
