Tourism in Thailand: Lydi Tries to Learn Thai

Tonal languages are hard. Thai is a tonal language that is spoken predominately in Thailand, and when we were planning to travel to Thailand for a few months we decided to take on the Thai language more seriously. Although very difficult, the Thai language is super fun. It sounds like music with its various tones, and is an interesting language to explore for language nerds and visitors to Thailand alike.
