Turkey Tourism: National Park Kusadasi

On our 2010 trip to Turkey we drove around the western part of the country from Istanbul to Cappadocia and back. In this video, we’re on the coast of the Aegean Sea at the Dilek Peninsula-Büyük Menderes Delta National Park. This was our very first trip overseas, so we were wary of most things (even the gorgeous, clear, clean water shown in this video). It was just a few years later that we would unflinchingly tromp through monsoon rain waters in Nepal and Costa Rica and confidently climb onto a boat going down the Ganges River.
