What to See in Rome: The Pope

Every Sunday at 12:00pm, the Pope appears from his window above St. Peter’s Square to give the Angelus prayer. He also appears every Wednesday at 10:00am for the General Audience (Check out this website for more information). In this video, the Pope rides through the crowds in St. Peter’s Square and stops to kiss some babies. Going to the Vatican to see the Pope is a must for any traveller to Rome, regardless of religion.
