Tijuana Mexico: Tijuana Vacation Rental Flood

On our first trip to Tijuana in January 2017, we stayed in a vacation rental on the beach. The sound of waves at night was calming and the sunsets were gorgeous, but the flood that we experienced when a storm rolled through was decidedly not pleasant. The apartment building we were living in was evidently not very well equipped to handle storms, since the leaks that came through the windows were substantial. We could see that another person in a different part of the building actually had their window broken out by the winds.
