Tijuana Mexico: Tijuana Vacation Rental Flood Part II

In January 2017 we visited Tijuana. We stayed in a vacation rental on the ocean, and at first we were all really excited about the views from the apartment. Until the Tijuana weather created a flooding situation when the rain came in through cracks around our window and from the apartment(s) upstairs. In this video, John talks about how he went upstairs to “break into” the apartment right above us to see if their window was open and letting excessive amounts of water in. He had some sort of permission, but he still had to climb in (and out) through the window of the apartment…
